Any and all order requested from Mr.Blue through the online store will be regulated by these purchase conditions.

- Acceptance of conditions of use
When using the Mr.Blue website, it accepts and agrees to belong to the database, thus being linked to it.
All data obtained through customer registration will be automatically processed to treat Mr.Blue's direct marketing actions, with proper customer consent.
Mr.Blue reserves the right to change at any time these purchase conditions. Whenever we need to change purchase conditions, they will be published in this place and we will warn it in advance.
- Confidentiality
Mr. Blue undertakes to fulfill its obligation to secrecy of personal data and its duty to keep it confidentially and will adopt the necessary measures to avoid their alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of technology at all times.
In any case, we recall that whenever providing personal information on the network there are risks whose control is beyond our reach, think that in many cases the security of your data depends on how the internet uses.
It is important that you are aware of the need to use secure passwords and not facilitate your accounts to friends or third parties.
- Applicable legislation and jurisdictional competence

- Refusal of order
Mr.Blue reserves the right of, at any time, to remove any products that appear in this website, to change or eliminate any materials or contents of the present website. Notwithstanding Mr.Blue's effort to, in principle, process all orders, exceptional circumstances may occur that lead him to refuse the processing and acceptance of an order, even after sending an order reception confirmation.
Mr.Blue will not be responsible, before the customer or any third party, for the elimination of any product, by the alteration or elimination of any materials or contents of this website, nor for the refusal to complete the processing or to accept any order that has been the subject of the order reception confirmation.
- Delivery
Mr.Blue will make the best efforts so that, except in the event of exceptional circumstances, the products contained in a shipping confirmation are delivered within the indicated deadlines. If, for any reason, Mr. Blue cannot be delivered within the deadline, the customer will be informed and will be given the option of maintaining the order or to cancel against the total refund.
The customer must bear in mind that Mr.Blue does not deliver or on weekends or holidays.
For proper effect, an order delivery is considered "delivered" with the proper signature of the size guide in the address provided by the customer.
For orders made after December 18, 2024, we do not guarantee delivery until Christmas (December 25, 2024).
- DELIVERY IMPOSSIBILITY
If Mr.Blue cannot be delivered, it will try a second delivery after marking with a customer.
- Added value
According to standards and regulations in force, all purchases made on this website are subject to added value tax (VAT).
- Payment
Mr.Blue invoices are always sent along with the order, which is the document valid as a receipt.
Payment is made in the order validation, if it does not occur the order is not considered valid.
- RIGHT OF RESOLUTION & RETURN
May return the articles Mr. Blue under the following conditions:
It has 90 days from the date of receipt of the order to make the return, if it is in perfect condition and the article (s) has not been used and with the document proving purchase. Returns of underwear or used articles are not accepted. Purchases made in November will have an extended period for return, and it is possible to do it until December 31.
Make the return of the following ways:
- Driving to one of our stores Mr. Blue (free) with the original invoice. Refunding the value of the articles is done through a valley of exchange to use in a new purchase (it will have 180 days to do). This valley can be used online or in physical stores.

Returns of articles that are without any trace of use/change/washing are only accepted in perfect condition and with the original (price or other) labels. Finally, we warn that to return the products the customer must use the original packaging and suit them properly.
Effects of cancellation
We will reimburse you in the amount of returned articles, up to 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision to cancel. We will use the same means of payment you used to pay for your order, and will not incur additional expenses. We may retain the reimbursement until we receive the articles or even send us proof that the articles returned to us, as we receive first.
The customer will have to support the cost of return of articles if they do not opt for the store delivery method.
- Replacement
The customer may exchange the product within 90 days after reception in our stores, and may exchange for size, color or even another product.
