Due to the difficult situation in which we live at the moment, we have extended our returns up to 90 days.
- The period of returning items purchased online is always counted from the date of receipt of the order.
- You have now and in the forseable future 90 days from the date of receipt of the order to make the exchange / return, if it is in perfect condition and the item(s) has not been used and with the proof of purchase.
- We do not accept exchanges or returns of underwear or used articles.
- For purchases made in November, the exchange/return period will be until December 31st.
You can make the return in the following ways:
- The simplest way to return an item purchased online is to go to one of Mr. Blue's stores with the original invoice. In this case, the refund of the value of the items is done through a voucher to use in a new purchase (you will have 180 days to do it), a voucher that can only be used in physical stores.
- Sending to our Central Warehouse in the original packaging. In this case you will be returned the value of the order by the same method of payment. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

The exchange vouchers issued at Mr.Blue stores can not be discounted online.
RIGHT OF RESOLUTION
The Client may proceed to the settlement of the purchase and sale of the products, without the payment of any compensation and without need of invocation of any reason, within 90 days after receipt of the order. That is, within this period, the Customer may freely return the products ordered at Mr. Blue stores, or send to the headquarters at Estrada Manuel Correia Lopes nº682, Conceição da Abóboda, 2785-718 S. Domingos de Rana, being refunded the amount paid by them.
In order to exercise this right of free termination of the contract, the Client may fill out the following Form of free resolution, or through any other unequivocal statement to that effect.

Only the return of articles that are without any use / change / washing, in perfect conditions and with the original (price or other) labels, are accepted.
Finally, we advise that in order to return the products, you must use the original packaging and pack them properly.
We will reimburse you for the value of returned items no later than 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision to cancel. We will use the same payment method you used to pay for your order, and will not incur additional charges. We may retain the refund until we receive the items or even send us proof that you have returned the items to us, as we first received. You will have to bear the cost of returning the items as well as the initial shipping if he does not opt for the in-store delivery method.
