    The registration is easy and your data will be saved for future purchases.

    If you buy as a guest, you will find the details of your order or the purchase confirmation email.


  • How to make a purchase

    It is easy to buy at MR-BLUE.COM. Just follow these steps:


    • Choose the category (shirts, pants, blazers, etc.), the model and color / pattern.
    • Check the products that interest you: you can click on the photo of the article to zoom in the image and access all the information regarding: composition, care, availability sizes, color, reference and price. If you have any questions about sizes, simply check out our measurement chart.
    • Select the item, choose the color, size and add your shopping bag. After you can choose in continue shopping or complete your order.
    • If you want to continue shopping, repeat the process of choosing products. If you choose to place your order, you can access your shopping bag and confirm your chosen products. If there is an error, you can simply remove the item from the shopping bag.
    • If you want to process your request, you must register or you can start the session as guest user.
    • After entering your data and validating that they are correct, select the confirmation button.
    • All purchases made on mr-blue.com are sent by a specialized courier so that the customer Mr. Blue obtains his request quickly and safely.

    We recommend that you choose the delivery address from where the major part of the day (for example, place of work).

    Select a payment method: credit card, Visa Mastercard or Paypal 


    Check that all the order information is correct and finalize your order.


    You will receive an email with a confirmation of your order.


  • Available Campaigns

    Our campaigns on the website are marked where the promotional price is shown in red next to the product. In the case of promotions the system automatically applies the discount on the shopping bag whenever the conditions are met.

  • Buy with a Promotional Code or Gift card

    If you have a promotional code you can use it before finished your purchase in the 'Summary of your purchase'. Enter the promotional code and click 'Validate'.

    If the promotional code is valid, the discount will be applied to the purchase summary.

    If it is not valid please confirm conditions and validity information regarding the promotional code, or contact our customer service customer.service@mr-blue.com


    The use of the promotional code is limited to one person for an online purchase.

    In case of return or exchange, the promotional code will not be refunded. The promotional code cannot be exchanged for cash.

    The shipment of your order is done through a specialized carrier, guaranteeing its delivery within the agreed period, to an address of your choice.

    We advise you to choose a delivery address at the place where you spend most of the day (eg work place) to facilitate delivery by the carrier.


  • Where is my order?

    After complete your order you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Than, after your order leave from the warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with shipment details of your order.

    This second e-mail will contain a tracking number and the link to the carrier's web page, which allows you to track your order.


    You can also track your order in your customer area.


    If you selected shipping to the store, we will inform you by email as soon as your order arrives to the selected store.

    You have a maximum period of 15 days to collect your purchase. In this case, there is no need to queue. Ask our store staff directly and pick up your order, showing your ID.

  • Change the delivery address of my order

    After completing your purchase, it is not possible to change your order details.

    Please send an email to our customer support service customer.service@mr-blue.com or info@markbellucci.com with the subject:

    Change my address, and indicate the new address you want to associate with your order.

    We will answer you as soon as possible.


  • How can I change the size of an item after place my order?

    Once you have completed your purchase it is not possible to make changes.

    You can wait to receive your order and exchange at a Mr. Blue store near you or cancel your order and place a new order.

    If you have already received the order, you will have to return it and place a new order with the desired size.


  • How to cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order within 48 hours after making your purchase. Please contact our customer support service customer.service@mr-blue.com or info@markbellucci.com

    with the subject Cancel my order and the information: name, surname, order number and date you placed the order and we will respond you as soon as possible.


  • International shipments or outside the EU?

    In the case of orders for countries outside the EU, import customs duties may be charged when the order will be received in your country of destination.

    These fees must be paid by the recipient of the order.


    Unfortunately, we do not have control over these expenses and we are unable to inform you of the respective cost, since customs policies and import taxes vary widely from country to country.


  • I did not receive my order

    You can check the status of your order in your account.

    If you are not registered with Mr.blue.com, check your email box if we have not sent you an email with information about your order.

    If you have not received the order after the deadline, please contact our customer service customer.service@mr-blue.com or info@markbellucci.com
    with the information: name, surname, order number and , the date you placed the order and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
  • Available Payment Methods

    Payment for your purchase is made securely through the Easypay ® payments.

    You will have at your disposal the following payment methods: Credit Card Visa, Mastercard or American Express and Paypal.

    You can also use the gift card as a payment method.

    All information is redirected to the Easypay page, where the data will be entered in a secure and certified manner, complying with the confidentiality

    For security reasons, we advise you not to include your card number in communications via e-mail.


  • How to use the gift card?

    You can use the gift card as payment method exclusively online.

    The Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of dispatch to the recipient.

    The amount of your card is shown in the email you received and can only be used for a single purchase. If your purchase exceeds the gift card balance, you can combine it with any other payment method.


  • How to request an invoice for my order?

    You can request an invoice for your order as an individual or company. To do this, add the tax number during the payment phase of your purchase.

    You will be able to access the invoice in your account as soon as the order is shipped. If you made the purchase as a guest, contact our customer support

    service customer.service@mr-blue.com and we will send you your invoice.


  • When the amount will be charged to my card?

    When you place your order, a reservation of the amount is made on your card. This amount will be charged to your card when we send you the order.


  • Deadline for making returns

    You can return your Mr Blue item within 90 days of placing your order

    The Mr. Blue item must be in the same condition in which you received it, with no apparent signs of use, correctly labeled and in its original packaging.

    Mr Blue reserves the right to refuse late returns if the garments are not in the same condition in which they were sent and / or if they are not in accordance with our return conditions.


  • Return on Mr. Blue stores

    For Mr. Blue, Mr. Blue Outlet e Mark Bellucci orders:


    Return the item together with the original invoice at one of our Mr. Blue stores.

    Please note that it must be in the same condition in which it was received, with no apparent signs of use, correctly labeled and in its original packaging.

    The refund of the value of the item is made through an exchange voucher for use in a new purchase valid for 180 days.

    This voucher can be used online or in physical stores.


    Note: For hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns of underwear or used items are not accepted.




  • Return to Central Warehouse

    For Mr. Blue, Mr. Blue Outlet and Mark Bellucci orders:


    You must start the return process in the online store through your personal area.

    Log in with your username and password. From the order detail, you can request the return.


    If you have placed an order as a guest and wish to return an item, you must contact our Customer Service via email: customer.service@mr-blue.com.


    Send the article together with the original invoice to: Estrada Manuel Correia Lopes nº682, Conceição da Abóboda, 2785-718 S. Domingos de Rana.


    The article must be in the same condition in which it was received, with no apparent signs of use, correctly labeled and in its original packaging.


    The value of the order will be returned to you by the same payment method within 14 days after receiving the item (s).


    Transport costs are borne by the customer.


    Note: For hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns of underwear or used items are not accepted.


  • Return vouchers

    *Exclusive to returns in store

    When making a return in store, the refund of your item is made through an exchange voucher to use in a new purchase with a validity of 180 days.

    This voucher can be used online or in physical stores.


  • Exchanges

    You can exchange an item purchased on our website only at one of our Mr. Blue stores, within 30 days of receiving your order.

    The exchange will be possible as long as it is an exchange for the same item (the same reference number), by color and / or size, is in perfect condition and the store has the item in stock.

    If you prefer to exchange for a different piece of clothing, you must request a return and make a new purchase.
